Peregrine Readings launch at the Irish Writers' Centre

Joseph O’ Connor and Anthony Glavin launch the Peregrine Readings Sponsored by the Arts Council under the Touring and Dissemination Scheme.

The Irish Writers’ Centre will celebrate the launch of their nationwide tour at the Centre on Parnell Square on Monday the 27th of September with a very special reading from Joseph O’ Connor and Anthony Glavin.

The Peregrine Reading Series will take some of Irelands best loved writers to the four corners of the island in a quest to promote prose literature and to develop an audience for prose readings both in Dublin and around the country. The Irish Writers’ Centre is also dedicated to providing a regular platform for Irish writers to maintain a continuous rapport with their readers through talks, readings and launches.

Other writers touring the Peregrine Readings include Hugo Hamilton, Mary O’Donnell, Mícheál Ó Conghaile, Orna Ní Choileáin, Claire Kilroy, Brian Leyden, Sean Mac Mathúna, Anna Heusaff, Carlo Gebler, Lia Mills, John F Deane and Paddy Bushe.
