The Japanese Literature Publishing Project is holding the 3rd JLPP Tranation Competition in order to promote excellence in translation. There are no nationality or age-related eligibility criteria. However, those who have published their translations in book form are not eligible, but translations published in magazines will be eligible. The Japanese work can be translated in to either English or French and the application date runs from the 1st June to the 31st July 2017.
