Anne-Marie Kelly

Anne-Marie Kelly is the director of Dublin UNESCO City of Literature, a divisional librarian with Dublin City Libraries and a member of the libraries’ management team. She has served in many roles in the city libraries’ service and was responsible for library programming for 8 years before she was assigned her current role in 2022.  She manages the Dublin UNESCO City of literature office, planning & implementing tasks aligned to the UNESCO Creative Cities’ Network aims.

Anne-Marie has a BA in Irish and Geography and a postgraduate Diploma in library and information studies from University College Dublin.  

When Anne-Marie is not out and about at book events, she likes to watch an old film, play some bridge and walk in the woods.

Catherine Neville

Since joining Dublin City Council in 2006, Catherine Neville has been a staff member of Dublin City Arts Office, Dublin City Council Cultural Company, Dublin City Hugh Lane Gallery before being assigned to Dublin UNESCO City of literature as the Award Administrator for The Dublin Literary Award.  

Catherine has a BA in English and Art History from University College Dublin. 

Some of her favourite authors include Margaret Atwood, Marilynne Robinson, Donna Tartt, Maggie O’Farrell, Elizabeth Strout, Anne Tyler, Colm Tóibín and Claire Keegan. Since working on The Dublin Literary Award, Catherine has been introduced to even more amazing authors from all over the world. 

In her spare time she enjoys walking, yoga, going to concerts, cinema and theatre.
