
Crime Fiction Writing Workshop With Andrew Hughes

To tie in with the One Dublin One Book 2026 choice, John Banville’s crime novel Christine Falls, join crime fiction author Andrew Hughes for an engaging writing workshop. Master the art of murder with intricate plotting, compelling characters, and all the narrative elements required to write a successful crime or mystery novel. Andrew will provide practical advice on how to begin and develop your work in progress, as well as the final steps towards publication.
Photography will take place at this event for promotional use by Dublin City Libraries and the One Dublin One Book programme. Photographs may be used as publicity material by Dublin City Libraries and Dublin UNESCO City of Literature, to include social media, print media and digital media and/or in newsletters, programmes, on radio and TV, on websites or for public display.
